HiSpek Brakes now fitted.
Discussion
Brakes now fully fitted and air free. I will bleed them again this weekend after some more driving could have push some more air round if its there.
I made a stupid mistake when I fitted them, Almost too stupid to admit. I atually fitted them on the wrong side so the bleed valve was at the bottom. It was not until after an hour of bleeding and almost a litre of brake fluid that it occoured to me the nipples should be at the top. Anyway after correcting that the bleed only took 15 minutes tops. The brake peddle is now very solid unless the enginge is running then you get about 2cm of travel but still controlable.
One problem I have found that I'm not sure is normal is that under heavy braking I hear a thud, thud, thud and can feel it in the brake peddle. Is this normal for groved discs with new pads? I have rechecked all of the barings etc and find no problem. I intend to use that car as much as possible this week to see if this 'feature' reduces with use. Unless that is one of you can suggest another reason for it.
Weight of old parts
Disc = 3.3Kg
Caliper = 4.9Kg
Shield = 398g
Pads = 695g
Outcome was the new set is actually 155g lighter than the old which is not bad considering my discs and pads were a little worn.
Once PNM get the rear calipers in I'll be fitting 4 pots on the rear aswell.

I just installed the High-spec kit on my S4 two weeks ago. I've got about 50-100 miles on them now and in the beginning they made the same "clunk,clunk,clunk" under moderate to hard braking. It has now gone away, it must have had something to do with the pads bedding into the slotted rotors.
