Jaguar XJ220C Le Mans racer at the FOS - did it run ?

Hi there,

I got pictures of most of the cars at the FOS this weekend, but would love to see some pics if anyone has them of the Jaguar XJ220C Le Mans racer if it actually took to the hill at any point.

I took a couple of pics of it parked up in the paddock, but as usual with Goodwood there were crowds of people round it and bits of marquee in the way.

It did not run at all of Friday, and I suspected it may be for static display only but when I checked the program it was listed with Justin Law as the driver for the event.

So does anyone have any pics they would care to share ?

I only got pics from the paddock, I LOVE the XJ220, but being parked next to the silk cut jags did it no good at all!

I didn't see it run all weekend, so guess it was just on display.

I've been through thousands of pics from the show and don't recall seeing it anywhere but the paddock.

It didnt move all weekend. I was told on Friday that the engine was broken however who knows? It was great to see it again though as well as the Silk Cut liveried Group C Jaguars.

Justin was to drive it. I spoke to him , not sure why it was pulled though.

I missed his all or nothing exploits this year.

Shame, as it would of been nice to see it running up the hill. Got a photo of it next to the XJR12 anyway....
