We have an excellent entry list and if you care to take a look at Dan Trent's news story posted this-morning, there's even more reason to come along and watch..

Practice stars at 9, competition at around 11.

GRRC Members have use of a rather swanky marquee and entry is free to all. The Naafi waggon will be churning out the bacon baps and hot drinks and we very much look forward to seeing you there!

Cheers,
J

Can I ask if this is open to non GRRC members (obviously no access to the marque)?

As with all Goodwood events its incredibly well organised, just turn up at the circuit in a relaxed manner, be polite & a very nice man will direct you.

Really worth going if you like nice cars

Just spent an hour 1/2 there. Enjoyable, but I am now very wet. This did result in a slightly bent Caterham. I will upload some pics, mostlly paddock, when the camera dries out. I might nip back later if it brightens up.

very cold and wet (helped to have the GRRC badge to get in the marquee out of the rain at points).

Weather didnt deter the drivers - hats off to them all, some great bits of kit going round.

Radical's were quickest when i left - will the results be posted online somewhere?

Just back from a slighty wet 2 hour visit. Took some visitors so the ladies got a bit cold and went back to the car, but us men smile stood and enjoyed the cars: There was a Jaguar number 60 that got quite sideways and fishtailed down to the chequered flag, but he didn't lift off until past the flag. smile I've got it on video, so I'll work out how to upload it and put a link back on this thread. Made the trip worthwhile for that alone.

Fastest car I saw was Nissan GTR at 90mph closely followed by two Radicals at 88mph. Particularly enjoyed watching the black Mk1 RS2000 go down the track too (biased as I have a black Mk2 RS2000).

Really sad to see the green Elan back in the padock after a spin...deliberately didn't take a photo as I didn't want to cause any further pain to the owner by showing pictures on the web. Hope it doesn't take too much to get it sorted.
