Hi all

Now I know there is a Goodwood section but I thought as it more general this would be a better fit?

Anyway, with Christmas up and coming my wife has sprung the idea that for my Xmas pressie she’s like to get me something special. She was thinking perhaps tickets to Goodwood together with our little one (1 year at the time). I’ve never been, so looking at the tickets, after general admission I was wondering what was worth going for ie grandstand tickets etc or days to go on? Etc. Any thoughts from people who have been?

The other idea was to ‘send me’ to Le Mans but again no idea where to start!

So any ideas or thoughts? What’s best? I do like a road trip...

Thanks

James

Goodwood - member meet or revival
I think roving Grandstands are a must but there are a number of viewing locations on the banking

FoS less impressive for me. Feels more like a corporate event and I don’t really enjoy it even as a member.

Only just seen this but if I’m reading correctly and your child will be 1 at the time of the event then I’d be getting some childcare and leaving them at home.
