When is the official entry list for 2020 shown ?

Last year it was the 1st March, and a preliminary list of 42 was announced in the second week on February, which are the cars from last years class wins, and those from the present endurance series.

So we should hear something soon, but this is the ACO

Saw it somewhere that it was the 28th

Following next Saturdays final race of the Asian Le Mans series, the 4 class winners will receive invitations, so the selection committee should be able to tie it up next week, but they're easily distracted.
