I wouldn't have liked it as much if I saw him doing it on a public road or public car park though, here he is riding under controlled and safe conditions with marshel and first aiders on hand.

He's Chris Pfieffer. It says it just to the right of the clip you posted.
HE has his own web site too, but I can't watch those clips as they all require Quicktime 97.2 rev c or something.
