on the video on the homepage, about a fifth of the way through, there is a shot of some classic yanks, then a red maserati, then a distant shot of some vintage car. what is the next one, the black coupe?

It's an Ogle SX250, Around 1963, based on a Daimler SP250.
Good looking car.
