Blocked again, same message ARGHhhhhhhhhhh

Seems once the old IT provider is ditched things will be sorted. Goodwood appear to be having short service from them

I've just literally come off the forum and experienced no probs. There are IT issues though.

StuartJ, I've had the same problem ever since joining last year... always the "Oops" message and I have never been able to get onto the forums or blog area despite my username appearing in the upper left corner showing that I'm logged in. I even sent a message to the webmaster but no reply. Funnily, it doesn't seem to be any problem to order merch from the GRRC Members webshop though!

Have you logged on with your number and password where it says sign in - top right corner of the page?

I've always had exactly the same problem. No issues logging in to the other members' areas (ticketing, shop etc.) but always the 'oops' message when trying to get into the forums. Very frustrating.

Yes, I have and even tried logging in from other areas of the site (shop for instance) and still the same. Emailed webmaster again and no reply whatsoever.

Would it be worth contacting James to confirm your password and see if there's anything he can do? There will be some big changes to the forum soon so hopefully you will be able to get on when that happens.

Thanks RacingGreen, good idea. Maybe they can assign me a new username or password.

Been meaning to get round to doing that myself, the user name/ password on GRRC letters has never worked for me.

This seems to be remarkably common. Since joining GRRC attempts to access the forum have been met by the 'Oops' response and no reply from the web master on reporting the fault. 'Fixing' the web site seems a long time in gestation!
