Some cars at the FOS - info
Discussion
cant comment on a sunday as last year we went on the saturday but i think there was a veyron that went round a few times, as for the zonda i would imagine all variants will go atleast once. as already stated though there are far more special cars to see, never thought i would say that when talking about a veyron or zonda....
Running order is usually in the programme available at the event. Not sure if they are published before hand or not.
All classes run twice, once in the morning, once in the afternoon. I think the Supercars run a few times throughout the day. They are timed going up the hill, but you always see them come back down, often show boating.
Best plan would be to get there early and get a front row seat (if your not in a grandstand) and watch the morning runs. Then at lunch time you can go get food and drink then see the various other sights there are on offer.
Good luck fitting it all in in one day though.

Supercars aren't timed up the hill.. Only some of the race cars are.. We introduced a 'top timed shoot out' last year on Sunday for the fastest cars which was exceptionally popular so we'll be doing that again this year. All classes run twice, once in the morning, once in the afternoon. There was the Pur Sang and Grandsport last year, and for the Zonda they brought the R
Very true though, if you are interested in seeing everything you'd be hard pushed to do it all in one day! Take spare batteries, and loads of water if it is sunny, not too many places to hide from the sun unless this was because I was rushing around everywhere...
Have a great time though

There was a running order (just the classes of cars and the air displays) published in the Sunday Times on Sunday but I can't find it on the internet. From memory, gates open at 7.00am with the runs up the hill kicking off at 9.00am. Formula 1 cars, endurance racers and supercars run up the hill late morning/just before lunch.
If you've not heard one before, you'll be amazed how quiet the diesel Le Mans cars are.

Supercars have been pretty much the first batch up the hill for as long as I can remember, sounds like they might have changed it this year though ? I don't know ?If you've not heard one before, you'll be amazed how quiet the diesel Le Mans cars are.

Info for everybody, a friend of mine told me that on Sunday the supercars go round at 9am, 12.45, 1.20, 5.35.
Supercars have only ever been up twice a day since I remember, so I would be suprised if they have doubled the amount of runs as the day is jam packed as it is ?
