Plans for 2011 FOS.

I seem to recall reference to a road being built to turn the hill climb in to a "circuit" thereby increasing track action, anyone know if this will be in place for 2011, and also if the rally circuit is to be made bigger at all?

Ye I recall this from last year. I do recall seeing on the Thursday this year that the Moving motorshow cars came back down on some section of semi public road specially closed. Probably not suitable for some out and out race cars.
The Goodwood hillclimb is probably like the Monaco GP, it just dont make sense! The cars go down the hill to the start, must turn 180 degrees then wait maybe 10-15min , then do the hillclimb to the top, wait maybe 20 min get turned around 180 degrees again and then drive half way back down to the pits delaying the next batch. No problem to a WRC car that has good steering lock and a starter motor but for something like an F1 machine.....
But I still love the event and hopefully if this new section of tarmac goes in then all the better. On a side note, I hope they dont try and force the event to finish like this year for the sake of Sky Sports or what ever channel the timed shoot out was being shown on.
