Dear All,

Just to advise you that unfortunately due to the present weather conditions, and forecast for the rest of the weekend, we have taken the decision to cancel the final Breakfast Club of the season this coming Sunday.

Thank you for support through the season – a year when Breakfast Club events averaged around 4,000 attendees each event. A sad note to end 2010 on but we take this opportunity to look forward to an even stronger season of Breakfast Clubs in 2011!

Have a great Christmas,
J

Shame frown
But given the current trend of people not being able to use common sense anymore and blame everyone else if anything happens then probably a sensible call.

Thanks to Goodwood for these events, it's not often you get anything for free anymore and I know we all appreciate it.

My aim for next year is to get to park on the grid more than twice smile

A shame but a sensible and understandable decision.

I'll make sure the guys who were coming along with my group are aware it's cancelled.

I think you'll find that the Sunday Service pre-dates the Breakfast Club by a number of years James wink

Best to the team - sounds as if you've got pretty rough weather down there!

readit fair play... Weather's not too bad now, it's just that all the parking areas are very full of snow and it will probably still be there on Sunday if it remains cold. Discovery temp gauge read -10 degrees when I left tonight. Brrrrrrrrr.

Best to you guys too.. I think we've just signed another deal together haven't we?

Cheers

I was looking forward to that as well, but I guess it makes sense. A lot of the snow has gone round here now from the roads, but the rain is going to make it a bit slippy in the morning.

When do the themes for the 2011 Breakfast clubs come out ? ears

Thanks to all at Goodwood for some great ones this year.

There wasn't really any snow when I turned up at the circuit at 8am Sunday morning. Bugger. Took my Dad who asked me if it would still be on and I told him I'd never known Goodwood to cancel anything, even when it was snowing. Typical this was only the 2nd one I've had the time to go to this year. Ah well, here's to next year.
