Chipped top tube - hide or live with it?
Discussion
I took my nice shiny new mountain bike out last night for the 1st time & had a spectacular off. My mate who was behind me saw me go OTT, the bike unclipped from the SPDs & did a double somersault, luckily it didnt land on me!! I was OK apart from a few grazes & bruises, only a flesh wound!
The bike is un-scathed apart from a chip on the top tube where the brake lever swung around & hit it. No dent.
Is it best to just leave it, adds to the 'character' of the bike?. Or can it be covered up, does anyone have any links to a sticker etc that could cover up a 5mm chip on the side of tube? Specialised Rockhopper in black/grey.
