I want to take some footage of some of my rides, seen a few guys with small bullet cameras fitted to their helmets, any recommendations on makes/models?

Needs to be light, preferably recording to SD card, maybe 2 hours of continuous use? HD quality? Mac compatible so I can download and edit. Cheap!!!

"Cheap" and "HD" rarely go together. IIRC you've two choices: GoPro Hero HD, or the ContourHD, which both come in at around £250ish from memory...

contour is great but a pain to mount on anything, look at http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/ they have loads of good options. I now have a POV HD which is stunning, a bit more faff as it has a cable but the quality is so much better than my old contour hd, and i always ride with a back pack so carrying the recorder isnt much of an issue!

When I say cheap, I was thinking up to £100.

I'm sure i've seen them talked about in '

The Camera can capture some fantastic moments' thread.

The cheep £25ish units from ebay seemed to give a great video.

This looks ok for £25! Not HD but I may get one and try it out, I only want something to record a few down hills I do etc. Not too sure about the 5 min clips it takes, would like to have the option for continuous recording.
