Ordered 2 items from Wiggle in May, just got around to fitting them to find that one was wrongly id'd. Called Wiggle and they're going to send out a replacement, free of charge. £35 worth!

That's just great customer service! They can look forward to my business and recommendations in future.

Exactly. If it's not Tangfastics I send it back until it is.

I'm giving them some slight leeway at the moment, because they've sent me a grand total of 8 bags of Tangfastics and two bags of the inferior Haribo split across my last 3 orders.

That's a good ratio.
I probably need to work on ordering more than one brake pad replacement at a time...

I'm expecting to have some new brake pads waiting for me when I get home, so we'll see what those bring! hehe

On another Wiggle matter, they've just emailed me back to say that they are going to be upgrading their site so that you can choose your size before clicking "in stock only" so I won't have to wade through hundreds of pairs of shorts in anorexic sizes to find a few in stock in sensible girth. smile

slightly off topic but CRC seem to chuck random energy drinks or recovery shake type stuff in with their orders, so Haribo or random Healthy stuff you didn't want or you'd have ordered it.

Haribo every time, without a doubt. It has no calories in it if sent to you free of charge.

Quick plug here.
Something from Wiggle was lost in the mail on the way to me.
So I bought a replacement and asked Wiggle for a refund, but jokingly suggested they could still send me some Haribo.

I just received this email reply:

Hello Walm
Thank you for your email. I have loaded an envelope up with some sweets and this should be with you by Monday.

You sweet-talking devil, Walmy. smile

On a more confused note. Wiggle are running "15-50CYCLE" 15% discount
code for a few days, but I can't get it to work. All it does is knock
15p off the final over-£50 total. Grrr! mad

Is anybody getting the full 15% applied to their order?

IIRC it's only 15% of RRP and since they rarely sell at RRP it might be that your total savings aren't huge?

Ah, right. That could be it. I've e-mailed them, so they may well
write back telling me as much.

Cheers.

They ran a promo a while back which was supposed to be £5 off any order over £50. Except it didn't work too well, as it actually gave £5 off every item on the order, including the £5.99 inner tube I'd added to get my order over £50 in the first place! hehe
