Handlebar mirrors
Discussion
I'm in two minds about this... on one hand it looks slightly ghey, along with mudguards but I've already got mudguards and would like to see what my daughter's up to in the trailer behind me (the mudguards stop her from hetting covered in road grit). A **clear** handlebar mirror would be the solution. I may as well go with it because until I can lose the trailer altogether, I'm stuck with the mudguards and all the image connotations associated with them too.
So, any recommendations? Those I've seen appear to be silvered plastic and can give me an indication that there's a car behind (or not) but couldn't really alert me to my daughter having nodded off to sleep (at which point I'd stop and lay her down - the trailer's just wide enough).
I'd like a proper mirror, circular if poss, and one which hangs down from the handlebar. Unobtrusive and un-ghey if it's even remotely possible.

B&M mirrors - had them on two big cargobikes where looking around sends you all over the road. They're really good, and the long, curved mount ones are very adjustable. Ideal for seeing what's going on in the trailer.

Those are fantastic. Thanks for the link. I rather like the short "bar end" version but suspect something longer will be more practical. I'll make my mind up and order one before bed. Thanks again..!!http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&am...
Had to wait until this morning to measure-up, to determine 1) which configuration of mirror I would be able to see (with my arms in the way of many), and 2) to determine that whatever mirror I chose (in part 1) above would be positioned such that I could see around myself to where my daughter would sit in the trailer.
Quite pleased to discover that the bar-end fit version is the one that's best suited, and that Evans has them for £12.99 with no postage to the UK.
Thanks again.
