Looks good. If it can show a course on a map (as with my Forerunner 305 - just an arrow on a black line) then it'll do as a basic navigation device too - I often use mine to do a route I found on the internet or planned out beforehand. For road riding especially, not faffing about with maps, overshooting junctions, etc is a godsend.

Ta - pic 8 shows the mapping screen so it looks like it should do the same. A mate's been looking for one and this would swing it. I could be half-tempted to get one too - proper bike mount and a real USB port (rather than the silly cradle thing for my forerunner), fingers crossed it'll end up discounted to nearer the £100 mark.And an even better review from Rainmaker who reviews things properly in depth!
