Formby Cycles

So I'm looking to purchase my next bike from Formby Cycles. They are some distance away from me, so I am still torn between collection or using their home fit service (due to my bike not be able to be delivered).

Has anyone on here had any dealings with them?

I'd also be interested in this as quite a few bikes i've been looking at online are all in their showroom and they offer pretty good finance deals.




Edited to add: I've got so many questions about bikes between £700 and £1000 and further ones on pedals and shoes that i'm going to drop them an email and see what sort of response i get. Will let you know.

I'm looking for a new bike and found out about these guys today and am planning to pop in soon (as my head office is in Southport).

Any feedback would be good, and obv i'll update once i've been in. Looks like they hold loads of bike stock.

My wife's Specialized came from them and they seemed OK. Did call them up with a query about why the gear cables cross on the downtube and didn't get any advice, but it transpires that this is how Specialized ship them so possibly fair enough for them not to know.

I'd use them again I think.
