Ok so it's the least popular of the Grand Tours but is anyone else looking forward to it?

Has Wiggins recovered sufficiently to put in a decent GC standing? Can Cavendish get back to back green jerseys?

Starts tomorrow btw, live coverage on ITV4 & Eurosport biggrin

I'm just hoping for a quiet day workwise as the cricket is on too hehe

I have a feeling Boulting and Rendell are on the job. They should kick Liggett and Sherwin into the long grass to continue commentating to the US market, and let these two boys have the gig on every race. The ITV4 would offer a compelling alternative to Eurosport.

Thanks for the heads up. Did they show the Giro?

Wiggins won't even make the top 10 overall, the climbing is much more aggressive in the Vuelta than in the other grand Tours.

On the latest RP WIggins claims to be in better shape than he was at the start of the Tour. If that is the case, and he can survive the uber-steep climbs then he could be in with a shout to win.

Whoever built that start ramp wants shooting, how many wheels pulled out of alignment down that?

I didn't think much of the ITV4 coverage either (which is a shame, given how good the tour coverage was), and sadly don't have Eurosport. frown

WHAT?!!! yikes

Phil and Paul are great. What other commentators are there that have their own drinking game?

"He'll be burying himself" = take a drink. drink

"He'll be turning himself inside out" = take a drink. drink

"He'll be dreaming of" = take a drink. drink

End of each TdF stage = drunk

biggrin
