Ouch.

Blacked out slightly and cant fully remember reasons or details but was a narrowing in ******** (Central London) area and was in no fit state to cycle home afterwards.

Claret all over the place but luckily no lasting damage/broken bones after a night in A&E.

Pretty sure was clipped by a car as very familiar with the route and I was able to remember exactly where it happened the next day.

So, what to do? Report it to the Police and hope it was caught on CCTV? Then hear nothing and wait for nothing to happen?

Do nothing and not be surprised when nothing happens?

Shrug and be grateful?

That sounds painful! Good to hear there is no permanent damage, you must be badly shaken. As it was central london I would be inclined to report it given the likely CCTV coverage but as you say don't expect too much response.
