Ghost Bikes - Anyone got advice?

www.ghostbikes.com rather than the memorials to fatal accidents.
I think the Dolan Ares might be a little too racy for me so I started hunting for something else and I stumbled across this:

It looks great value for money coming with ultegra and weighing 16.5lbs is highly spec'd. Not totally sure that I want a compact but it might stop me pushing a bigger ring than necessary and dragging my cadence down...

All I can say is ref my Ghost AMR 5700 MTB, it's been pretty good but the rear suspension link arm thing is carbon and it randomly snapped a few weeks ago, too kit back to the shop I bought it from who no longer deal with Hotlines/Ghost and it took 10 days to get a new rear linkage and only after I hasseled them as I had 3 day MTBing in Scotland to do on the bike. The frame was dented when it broke and it's got to be getting on for 3/4 weeks now waiting for a new frame. Not sure if this is usual waiting times for bike stuff if so I'm disappointed in the industry.
To summise, good bike dubious customer care.
