WOW! the colours and contrast in that film are amazing, literally a work of art.

I know I'm almost certainly alone in this, but I didn't like Life Cycles at all. Granted I was watching it on an iPad in the middle of a horrible long flight, but it was far too much 'art' and not enough 'ride' for me.

And I know it's traditional for MTB videos to start with a long thought provoking (aka vomit inducing) voiceover about "travelling without destination" or "man and nature as one" but jeez-us STFU and show me drops or something.

Nope, totally agree. Saw it at a small cinema screening and whilst it's visually stunning there wasn't enough actual riding for me. VAST, shown before it, on the other hand...

I wish I could jump like that, he's epically fast. The narrow trees towards the end were particularly insane. Perhaps they just looked narrower than they were!
