Road bike hire in Tenerife

I'm off on my hols in a few weeks,does anyone know if i can hire a decent road bike while i'm there

if you have a look in the back of cycling weekly there will be some holiday company/training camp adverts, it might be worth getting in touch with them.

This is spooky. I'm off to Tenerife a week on Monday and clicked on this forum this very second to ask the exact same question!

but wondered if anyone had hints/tips on where to ride or anyone else to use? I don't really want a bike for 3 days though, just one day. (girlfriend will go nuts if I leave her to go cycling for a week on a couples holiday )
