Lame question I know, have never needed to do it and dont want to do it wrong and take apart the hub or something

Any help much appreciated

I believe you need a chain whip (to hold the sprocket in place) and a cassette lockring tool. It's possible with just the lockring tool,just easier with a chain whip.

(Showing ignorance) What make of freewheel is that? Looks to me as if you'll need a special tool and it isn't like any I have.
