Truvativ Stylo GXP Removal

Hi, I have a boardman HT pro with the Truvativ Stylo GXP Chain/Pedal arm set. I'm looking to remove these to put some new chainrings on, does anyone know which tool I would require would it be for spline or square tapered?

You remove the left side crank with an 8mm allen key, the bolt is self-extracting, then the right side crank and the BB pull through. This guy is doing what you are but to a Sram chainset, which is basically the same as a Truvative one:
