What do you carry in your jersey?

Being new to the world of road riding, and obeying the rules of no bags/strapped on pumps etc on the bike itself, I'm wondering what you guys carry in your jerseys when out on a 50km+ ride.
So far I'm just taking a spare tube, pump, multi-tool, phone and thats about it, am I missing anything important.
I expect a few replies of Banana Soreen, but also interested in anything more vital mechanically.

Avoid taking 'the rules' too seriously.
My roadie and my MTB each have a 'tubby bag', with tubes, tyre levers and glue on patches in a very tight fit.
In my jersey pockets:
Pump
Keys
Phone
$5 for post-ride coffee
Multi-tool

On the bike: Pro Storage Bottle 500ml with spare inner tube if running clinchers, tyre levers, puncture repair kit, multi tool, debit card, a bit of cash, house keys. If running tubulars I will either make sure the Mrs is around to get a lift or take a pre-glued tub folded under the saddle with a spare valve extension.
In the jersey: phone, (arm warmers, gilet; both depending on weather), small pump, pocket camera (sometimes), food (depending on ride length)

Whats wrong with strapping the pump to the bike? I would have thought that was the best place for it, and most come with a handy clip for attaching to the bike anyway.
Nothing at all wrong with putting a pump on the bike - as you say, many come with straps for it. Personally, I don't notice all that stuff in my jersey at all so it doesn't annoy or distract me, but some might and so can strap the pump to the frame somewhere.
Some guys I ride with have a water bottle replacement - i.e. they stuff all their spares in a water bottle size container and put it in the bottle holders, which seems to work well, but I drink shed loads so want 2 bottles on anything other than a short ride

Depending on the ride i may have more or less food with me, likewise the cash. On longer rides I might slip a second tube in the jersey too. I also now have a little "pac-mac" which I sometimes take.
