Hey folks,

After having a fun time at the Dyfi earlier this year have just chucked and entry in for the September version.

Anyone else doing it? There's still some places left.

Single lap about 60km, mass start of 500. Going on experience of dyfi will be lots of fun singletrack, bit of tech and fair bit of pain!!

Doing this instead of nevis this year, just too long a drive!

Yup! Did it last year, and although I died about halfway around (grassland slog and the hike-a-bike soon after, arggghhhh!), it was a giggle. You can tell the Dyfi guys organised it
It's not as full-on as the Dyfi: the descents aren't as batst mad, tech or numerous, but then again they don't have as much room to work as they do at the Dyfi. Although bizarrely they still find plenty of climbing!

I did it last year and took the shorter distance option, found it tough, not sure I am up for it this year, stamina is shot at the moment, lack of training from injury, getting it back but not up to this yet.

Excellent event though, enjoyed it immensley.

Forgot to add, it's worth if for the feed station flapjack alone!
