SRAM-X9 - Which size cage

Hoping someone can help.

I have a Giant Reign 1, 2009 (I think?), fitted with a SRAM -X9 9 speed.

Had a mishap with the rear derailleur yesterday (now slightly bent!) due to the bearing in the bottom jockey wheel seizing.

Looking on the various web sites there seems to be 3 different cage sizes, short, medium & long.

How do I know which I have?

I have looked on the SRAM web site, but can't find any dimensional drawings that might help, hoping someone on this site might be able to point me in the right direction.

Still running the standard 3 rings at the front? If so then you need a long cage.

i run medium cage xo and x9 on all my bikes. 42 and 44, 32, 22 up front.

Yes, standard set up as purchased, 3 rings at the front, 9 at the rear.
