Bicycle Hero - anyone have knowledge of this site??

Hi All.

There is a bike I want but the only site I can see it on is Bicycle Hero. It shows prices in £ and seems to ship pretty much anywhere in the world. I am not 100% sure where this company is based, but it seems to be the Far East (I think). I have seen some mention of this site on the net but no real experiences/reviews.

Does anyone know about this site and if I could get some feedback etc I would much appreciate it?

I am also wanting to check on extra costs as I assume I would have to pay U.K. customs charges in addition to the bike price and delivery charge. If anyone can clarify this for me too that would be great.

I've ordered bearings from them before for mavic wheels, and they were IME very good!

Thanks for that. Did they send from outside the UK, did you have to pay customs charges at all?

Custom Duties etc... are dependant upon the value of the goods. Google is your friend as to levels / thresholds.

That 'thing'. All the disadvantages of a small wheeled bike and none of the advantages of a folding bike.
