Yes but out of stock as the 5600 are now discontinued.
I can get a 5700 but apparently need to change the FD and maybe the Rear Brake Mech due to different spring tension (Maybe Shimano just trying to get you to upgrade) plus i think the 5700 is a slightly different shape to the 5600 so probably should change the pair.

Doh, didn't notice that! These on line retailers should not be allowed to advertise heavily discounted goods unless they are in stock. I have noticed Wiggle and CRC are both very good at advertising heavily discounted goods that are not in stock, I guess it gets buyers clicking around their site.......
