Another Olympics RR, wherein the other teams will do everything possible to see GB not win?
EDIT: that said, GB aren't making that much noise about it. Maybe they've new tactics?

Re the mens RR, it will be very very difficult for any team to control the race imo. I've raced in that area many times when I was based in Holland years ago. Very steep climbs on narrow roads, a break would quickly be out of sight. The Cauberg whilst not an easy climb, is made more difficult due to the effect of getting over all the other 'bergs' on the route, that and the distance covered of course. Very open race with no obvious favourite, should be good to watch.

Looks a course made for Gilbert, Cancellara, or a Ardennes Classics type rider. Will be interesting to see the GB team....and their tactics, as I can't see them riding exclusively for Cav.

really pleased that JTL has not been over looked, he has had a fantastic 12 months and deserves the recognition. Will be interesting to see the final team though, Cav will go to defend ht jersey but really cant be expected to win it. there is a tough climb in th lats 15 miles or so which should suit a few riders there, Thomas and Froome could well be in the mix.

Wiggo didnt want to ride the TT and I assume Millar is shot to pieces after a pretty tough year?

J-Rod FTW? More likely Gilbert, he's going well at the Vuelta and the organisers will have him in mind when setting that course.

The pro team TTT looks interesting - will be good to see Sky vs Garmin vs Omega Pharma etc. Is Wiggo riding that?

cant see much further beyond Sagan myself but he will most likely be marked out of contention.

Sagan might find people outside of his team to help him, plus he seems to perfectly able to look after himself anyway.

Just realised that Millar's not riding, so it's unlikely that he'll win...
