yes it is still a brilliantly sunny day. I had the morning off work as I had to be for my landlord to come round and fix a fault in my flat. He could only give me a 4 hour window as to the time he would turn up 9-1. I new if I went out for a ride the minute I got to the furthest point from my flat he would turn up so this was a easyier option.

He did look a bit shocked when I answered the door an hour into my session streaming with sweat no top on and out of breath

I think if I turned up to a pre arranged appointment to find the bloke expecting me half naked and oiled up I'd be mildly concerned for the safety of my backside

Ha no there have been a few other ^^^^^^ that have the same thing. At the time of the photo there was a program on called "The Renovation game" think it was on channel 4.
