MuddyFox Shoes - Anyone using them?

They look OK and feel quite comfortable but are they actually any good? Also felt a little flimsy.

Anybody on here using them?

I bought a pair a few weeks back when i picked up my new MTB that had SPD pedals fitted, just to give them a go really.

Although they were fairly comfortable the cleats once tightened up would move about still, they don't fix down in one place well at all...

I will be trying to take them back to sports direct to get a refund, ive since fitted flat pedals anyway.

I've been using them since going SPD in February.

Very comfortable, but I'd say try them on first if you can, mine are a little on the large side (size 11) but a thick pair of socks sorts that.

Mine have done ~1300 miles and are starting to look a little tatty now with small splits starting at the bottom of the laces section.

Overall I've been happy with them, but I've also had nothing else to compare them with.

Yes, just started using a pair of MTB100s with SPDs, I bought them a size bigger than normal so are a little big, but very comfy and seem OK when clipped in

I got a pair in sports direct a month or do ago. As said, bit on the large side (size 8) but not to bad for a little rode around. They are there for something that I don't mind beating about a bit.

I picked a pair of these up recently too as I decided to give SPD's a whirl, so far so good, never going to set the world alight on quality but quite rigid and comfy on, I'm a trainer size 9 and went with a 9 in these as a 10 was a bit too big.

Agree with the cleats moving a bit but I moved them right down so resting against the edges of the holes and did them up tighter than i probably should have risked and mine haven't shifted yet.

Am a thorough convert to SPD's now so will use these till they fall apart then look again, but if they do last me a while then it'll be a tough decision what to buy next.

P.S. on the plus side I shaved nearly 5 minutes off my commute, maybe a placebo effect of new gear so go harder but I think it's more that I felt much more comfy on the bike it seemed less effort somehow.

I have some of the orad versions (SPD SL) and they are dire! For some reason the velcro closes to the inside meaning it often gets caught on the crank and comes undone! Put some platforms back on and using trainers now!

You've got them on the wrong feet.
