Mudguard help

Will these mudguards fit this bike?

They are 45mm 700c mudguards, the bike has 35mm 700c tyres.

My main concern is the front mudguard, does it fix to that hole at the top of the bridge on the forks? It seem a long way from the tyre.

Looks fine to me. Sure there may be a bit of clearance from the tyre to the mud guard, but the water will be flying in a straight line, so a little bit of gap means they'll still be effective.

I think you'll need a 'clip on' mudguard for the front:

Traditional mudguards don't tend to fit suspension forks.

Don't think so. Look at the arch on the lower part of the fork (behind the horizontal brake cable) and you'll see a single bolt hole. I think that the linked mudguards bolt to this.

Yes, I agree with that (the forks on my MTB don't have this). But in this particular case the OP has posted a photo, so we can see for sure that it does have that hole.

I'd be surprised if those wheels were 700c on a mountain bike though.

Believe it or not GIANT now offer hybrid/MTB mix bikes with 700c wheels - saw a 'Roam' with front sus and 700c wheels in the LBS last week - looked odd to say the least!

LOL, I've had the bike at least 3 years.

Yes, I think 'Roam' have now taken over the CRS range.
