I was in the market for a Garmin Edge 500 as with my new Cervelo I wanted to be able to see my HR and cadence measurements. Usually I would purchase something like this from Evans or Wiggle but I found a company that specializes in all types of heart rate monitors called BHIP Ltd. Not only were their prices cheaper than anywhere else on-line but the customer service is outstanding.

Emails and queries are responded too very quickly and from order date to arriving on my door mat took only 1 working day with free delivery.

I have since had a very minor issue with the cardiovest that was a bit tight, I emailed to explain the problem and was asked to return it for a replacement. The new larger size came back pretty much straight away.

Thought I would just let people on here know about them if you didnt already.

Nice to hear of good customer service for a change, most people only write up there complaints.

I will give them s look up, and see whats of offer.

iirc I bought my polar bluetooth hrm off them as well. Best price around for it and quick delivery. Website looked like it was built in about 1992

They have an all singing all dancing new website now and because of it are offering 10% discount on everything
