Tacx Satori Problem?

Hi All,

Just bought a Tacx Satori tonight and have set it up ok (it seems) but the roller is making the most horrific metallic grinding noise at resistance over 4 or 5. It happens whether the wheel is engaged or not and feels uneven, like something's catching or rubbing somewhere internal.

Anyone come across this before??
