Audax on the telly

I hear that the presenter had only done a 120km audax before , so chapeau to him for giving it a go.

Bit of exposure like this might see a decent field for LEL2013.

I entered the Centurion Super Grimpeur Audax AAA event in the Cotswolds a few weeks ago, it was 108km with 2800m climbing. It was relentless. I gave up crying after 50 miles, my brother completed it.

I cried again when I saw his KOM medal.

I watched it last night. Pretty good I thought. Have to admit that I had a little giggle when he toppled over though....

Looked great roads, spotted some PH'rs during it I think too.
I wish I had known about this on Saturday night as I was with one of his band mates at an awards thing so could have spoken to him about it.
