On the 'light envy' thread a while back someone posted a link to a website that showed a comparison of bke lights.

This one? I like the way you can see them side by side...

FYI - the Chinese lights that a lot of us have are equivalent to the Magicshine 808 in that test.

The link had a photos showing each light in action, with each light pointing down a country lane in the dark...
