Hoping to get a 14km run in first thing, but that's it. Xmas pressie is the promise of a 3 series madone or 4 series Domane when the weather gets better, so trying not to take this piss on the bike front. Having just dropped a large Asgard metal bike shed into the garden means bikes are popular atm as it is.

Thinking about it! Wife is full of cold and rather pregnant so will probably be spending most of the day in bed. I might pop to hampstead Heath for some offroad fun as its not allowed there but I doubt there will be many 'park rangers' on duty to tell me off :-)

Nope , leg of lamb, as Turkey is xmas day at the mother in laws in tommorow. Welcome to come along as long as you can put up with screaming kids ! Guess the ride is just to get some karma before the storma.

Desperately need a sneaky 3 hours in the saddle. Started the eating marathon already and feel like a whale.

Arranged an early morning NYE run along the towpaths with my brother but we will flex the date if we could encourange others from our group.

Only started cycling recently, but been ill all week so am low on the miles and need to rack some more up. Gonna try banging out a 40 mile road ride tomorrow morning to burn off today's tin of quality street, mountain passes on a Carrera hybrid should sort my fitness right out!
