Wall mounted bike work stand

I have been looking at work stands so i can start to maintain my bikes a bit more thoroughly and after a bit research i came across these sold on ebay by a store.

The clamp just knocks out from the cunning V shaped wall mount so there is nothing in the way and the head can be put away in a drawer or on a shelf. The fit is fantastic so the clamp can just be knocked out with your hand but is absolutely rigid once inserted.

We have included two wall mounting plates so that you can use the stand inside and outside depending on the weather or higher and lower depending on the job / person using it.

This is our own design and there is nothing else like it on the market. As we have had to pay for the tooling I’m afraid it,s a bit more than the bench stand but we are really, really pleased with the functionality. As with all our tools of course it comes with our standard no quibbles guarantee.

The clamp can attach onto any part of the main frame or seat post of a bike. Its Pu jaws will hold any frame tube shape and we have tested on the most delicate carbon fibre frames with absolutely no marking at all. The clamp has spaces left to allow free running of "on frame" cables whichever tube you are clamping to.

1 The bar is long enough to be able to rotate the pedals with ease. Distance from wall to centre of the clamp is 330mm.

2 The Clamp head is fixed, It will spin 360 degrees in the vertical plane by turning at the wall clamp end.

3 It can be used to clamp to the seat post without slippage.

4 It is rated to 30 kg but will in reality do more

5 Wall plate dimensions are 150mm top to bottom, 130mm across the top and 50mm across the bottom

Looks good for £25 delivered.
I like the design of having the plate bolted to the wall so that the arm is removable. Would be ideal to have one by the outside tap and one in the garage.

What do you think? Seems like a respectable seller and a great product.

Like the idea of having two plates, ideal for one outside to wash on, and then one inside to work on. Be nice to know how wide the clamp is, only place I can grab my cross bike is the seat post, don't particularly want to be clamping on a carbon frame.

That one is also sold by the company i was looking at, they claim to be the only uk importers too.
Not sure which to go for.
The biggest thing for me is storage of the stand when im not using it, so i should go for the wall mount. But i wanted to see some reviews.

Tempted to go for it and report back after use.
