Good YouTube videos to go 'spinning' to.

Amazingly just had my first taste of spinning today and I loved it Very surprised at just how hard it was though, hopefully it will be a nice top up to my 'base mile blast'.

I had a chat with the instructor and she is keen on basing a session around a YouTube vid, are there any particular vids out there which would be good for a 60min tempo session?

I was thinking the last stage of TdF could be viable, even non-cyclists would appreciate it and it would provide something to chase down.

...trouble is, as ever my poor searching skills can't quite find anything which would suit!

Sufferfest looks ideal but by the time you buy several video, especially for a group licence then they are quite pricey.

Sounds like a good idea, but do you have one big screen at you're gym / Spin class room?

I too have been using spinning classes in the winter for base fitness, and think a group sufferfest would be a great idea. Our classes have a good mixture of totty, non-cyclists and cyclists, but it always make me chuckle how all the cyclists try to out-poker face each other. A proper sufferfest might put a stop to that (possibly kill of a few of the unfit class members though).
