More bib tights questions.....

Recently got some DHB Vaeon reflex bib tights which are absolutely fantastic, but now the temp has picked up a bit they're getting that bit too warm. I've already got some full on summer shorts and also some (very nearly almost summer) 3/4 length specialized shorts but i'm after another pair of full length bib tights which are available from Wiggle.

Unfortunately the size i want for the normal DHB Vaeons won't be available for a little which yet otherwise i'd be getting those.

so....hit me with some recommendations! oh - i like a nice seat pad

Another pair of tights would be a waste of money so just get some leg warmers instead.

They're handy. I took mine off part way round yesterday and stuffed them in a pocket.

Same issue here so I bought some regular DHB bib shorts and just wear them under cheapo mountain warehouse sourced running tights, I also have some 2/3length shorts for the weather inbetween to wear over the bib.

Yep - another vote for DHB bib shorts and some leg warmers, might as well get something that's going to be usable when (if) it gets warmer!

I tend to use leg warmers even when the temperature is down to low single digits. As above they'll give you loads more flexibility than a pair of tights.

Ribble do lusso bib tights which are brilliant,or at least i think so.I have had a pair which ive ridden with all winter.....and their carbon jacket its the best combo of clothes ive bought for years Think they do many ranges and styles to suit all tastes

Chamois is really just another name for a pad.

That's why the cream called "chamois cream"

I had white shorts. Thought they'd be a great idea.

I don't buy white shorts any more

I'm sure they're awesome in southern Spain where every day is sun drenched. But in the UK, it rains and they go see through. Actually see through. And then they get so muddy that they are never 'white' again, just stained. A lesson learned
