anyone have any first hand experience of this as an alternative to the reverb?

Not found anywhere in UK selling it. Was a good review on pinkbike while ago and detail on build process.

Waiting on the Thomson dropper at the moment for a trial, maybe sold on their marketing but they seem to produce solid kit.

I've been running one for 6/7 months now and have only good things to say about it. No cable movement is great nothing to get caught and the button to drop the post is great, robust and not prone to getting caught on shorts like the reverb button can.

Cant recommend it enough and there are places selling then in the UK mine as supplied by my LBS.

Merlin have reverbs for £200. Often have discount codes too.

Mine has been great and everyone seems to use them so should be ok?
