Ok I know they are demonstrations of everything you shouldn't do on a bike, but I'm addicted to watching them today.

I've spent the last hour watching alleycat races and I'm impressed they stayed upright and just how quick they are!! Some seriously quick (and careless) riders.

Alleycat races are unofficial races for cycle couriers held in various city's around the world.
