Cycling from Turkey back to the UK

I had a previous attempt posting this but it didn't gain a single thought / response which is a shame
An old school buddy of mine has been working in Iraq for the last 18 months and basically decided to cycle home!
The logistics of cycling through Iraq were a bit tricky so he managed to get dropped at the Turkish border and began from there.
He set off this time last month with no training, carrying a tiny bit of timber, an obsession with dancing and not much of a plan.
His Blog makes fun reading (start from the bottom up if you have the time) and he's even managed to incorporate raising money for good causes.
