Enjoy it, I was planning to use some of the route for the PH cycling weekend but it was a bit too far north from Dogleclog wihtout a car transfer....
Given the reports from the dragon ride last weekend, I'd say take it steady and assume everyone else is a moron with no group riding experience. Apparently there were lots of people half-wheeling, changing lines around corners to clip the apex and generally thinking it was a race.
I'm not a perfect cyclist by any stretch of the imagination but the standard of riding in the big events, particularly those that sell out on the appeal of closed roads, does appear to be on the slide.
Weather might not be great either so take care over cattle grids and the like but as i said, enjoy it, the route looks fantastic.
