New folding/detachable pedals needed - wide and grippy

I have a folding bike that I can use off-road a bit if I want to, but am having hassles finding the right pedals.
I have tried my MKS FD6 foldable pedals, which are supposed to be good apparently, but they are not wide/big enough and my feet slip easily, so I have no confidence when riding in anger so to speak. I have put on some Hope F20’s I had lying around, which are awesome, but of course they can’t be folded or detached easily.
If someone could please recommend me some wide/grippy detachable or foldable pedals I would be very grateful, because I need to fold up the bike and put in a bike bag and don’t want to have to faff about with fixed flat pedals.
