What workshop manual?

Guys, I want to start working on my bike (fed up relying on local bike shop) and will definitely need to reference some kind of workshop manual. I'm assuming lots of adjustments are common across different manufacturers but kit at present is Cervelo/Shimano Dura Ace 7900. I've looked online and there are several but reviews are very contradictory. Please recommend, thanks.

You won't get any better than the Shimano manuals

There are also very good tutorials on the Sheldon Brown website. HERE

I believe Haynes did a manual, but haven't seen it to comment on the content. HERE

Theres a Park Tools one but its fairly pricey. I keep meaning to spash out on it.

Isn't youtube the workshop manual of the 21st century (along with sheldon brown)
