Rear luggage / basket for MTB

Dear All
My daughter has inherited my wife's Specialized MTB (Safire) and uses it for school. She wants a rear luggage rack thingy and basket but the old style don't go with FSR type bikes. Looking on internet there a a few makes and Topeak seems to to fit. Any experiences or other suggestions?

I'm looking for something for the mini tour we're doing in September.

Topeak are top of the range and come at a premium, even second hand on Ebay. There are plenty of "copies" out there which I'm sure will be more than good enough for school run type rides.

Thanks for the input. Thought they seemed expensive, but knowing all the weight is on a single pivot point on the seat post, I didn't want some cheap cr*p.
