I tried both types of overshoe, but sent them back as I didn't like either type.
The flanders overshoe doesn't have much give around the ankle, but the zip closure on the back was good. The neoprene overshoe fitted ok around the ankle but I didn't like the velcro closure as it left too much overlap around the back.

I bought a similar bundle last year from them, for £40.
I only use cycling as supplementary training, but by May the overshoes had torn apart, each of the 3 pairs of gloves wore through and needed stitching repairs. Got a refund even after 6 months so excellent customer service!
Perhaps I got a bad batch, but am trying some different brands this year.

My bundle has arrived today (pretty prompt delivery).
Having had a fiddle with it all it seems decent enough quality for the money. We'll see how it lasts!
(do have the world champion rainbow stripes on hat and socks, and it may suprise people to learn I am neither the reigning or a former world champion - but for the money and as it is only small and not the JERSEY I will let it slide this one time - I am usually quite fastidious about that sort of thing, but every man has his price, and mine is £17 it turns out).

What a lot of lights!!!
If my eyes are not deceiving me, those 5 LED rears are CatEye TD 610s by another name, and about £20 cheaper. What an absolute bargain.
The heap is intended to add backup lights to several bikes BTW I haven't gone completely mad.
The red mist is a bit meh. Can't complain for a few quid, looks about on par with the cateye offerings - feels lower quality.
The phaart dual bleeps however.... Damn this things are f
king bright.
At the current five pounds each, buy them!

So you are recommending the WALL-E/Johnny Five lights over the Knight Rider/Ceylon Warrior lights for your 'best buy for a fiver' rear lights?
I already have a CatEye 610 and a fairly ready supply of 'Smart' 1/2 Watt rears, so currently have no need for new rear lighting, but I'm looking for a recommendation to replace my 'Smart Lunar' front light selection. None of the ones I own are all that bright, they eat AA batteries, and I have to confess to storing a couple with the batteries in them for the last year or more, and now they light up, but are permanently 'on' and the switch does not work to turn them off.
It seams to be a bit of a minefield regarding front lights. The ebay fodder is cheap, but not entirely risk-free when I look at some of the sellers' feedback, yet stuff like I see on the Planet X site and from brands like One23 look exactly like the <£20 ebay stuff but are priced at upwards of £75/£80. I'm put off my LBS because the chap at the computer inadvertently showed me their invoice for some incoming stock they are expecting. The shop's retail price? £39.99 - the invoice amount? 10 units @ £14.95 each. That's a mark-up of £25, and whilst I see that they need to turn a profit, I'm sure that they could price-match someone like Wiggle (same product @ £25.99) to keep customers cash coming through their till instead of some on-line retailer's. Why should I pay for fancy carbon frames to just hang there on a wall, while I get taken to the cleaner's because of the cost of their stock of basic essentials (the product in this case was a rear light).
O/T rant coming up:
Another LBS lost me as a customer by trying to charge me for a bell and some wheel reflectors, and then bluffing me that they were not, as I KNEW to be the case, discarded by new bike owners from their new steeds and therefore didn't cost the shop anything. I knew they were not 'retail' stock because retail stock ships on display cards, not in ziplock baggies. If I was some mug off the street, fine, but I've spent over >£3k in there just on bikes in the last three years. Was it worth alienating a long term good customer for the sake of giving away something that you regularly throw in the bin outside?

Short answer - yes.I think they are knock offs of the 1/2 watt smarts you mentioned tbh.
The zylon effect LEDs are great vfm, but the wall-e lookalikes are definitely my new backup lights (alongside a magicshine) a couple of them are bright enough to use on their own....
I'll have a play with combinations and post some pics :-)
