It's gonna be a "bit" tough in the wind. Weather forecast even shows a strong headwind for our walk to the pub in the evening!!

Yeah, I'll be doing it - "just" the 72 mile route, rather than the full 102. Entering it with my Dad.

Looking forward to a day of peace and quiet without the kids! Not looking forward to the strong winds forecast though.

Bloody hell Longers - good effort! We did the 72 in 5hrs 38mins.

The last 10 miles past Cottesmore were a killer - headwind all the way, it was just relentless and so morale sapping! I loved it apart from that though!

This was my first Kilo to go event, and I was impressed with the organisation/layout at the start/finish. There were a few less waymarker signs than on the Steeplechase sportive I did this year, so there were a few hesitant moments at junctions etc.
